When Roof Doctor did a "roof inspection" on this Carmichael California shingle roof , we found dry rot next to the flat roof area. We did the "roof repair" by replacing all of the dry rot, then installing new 30 lb. roofing felt and composition shingle roofing and as always match the existing materials.
